Michael was pleasant, answered all my questions and concerns and even told me about the new virus protection product that was being offered. His knowledge, concern and personalized treatment provided the feeling of true customer service. After having my car serviced, I took advantage of having my car sprayed with the new virus and germ treatment and followed up on Tuesday to have our second car treated where I was assisted by another Michael - Michael M. Zee and I communicated via text and email prior to us ever visiting the dealership. During this communication, I negotiated the "out-the-door" price with Zee for the exact vehicle we had selected on line. With this promised price in mind, we traveled 71 miles and met with Zee on a Saturday. He was waiting for us, the vehicle was ready, and the price was as promised. We were very satisfied with the price as it was lower than i had computed after researching dealer cost, reasonable profit margin, etc. Zee's price was firm and he made no attempt to increase the price. We were pleased. Zee was knowledgeable about the vehicle and comfortable to work with. We had his undivided attention and he was able to answer all our questions. Thank you Zee!
