I’m disappointed that it is not disclosed until after paperwork is signed that there is only one key. Additionally, the vehicle came with one floor mat. I would expect, what I thought was a reputable d paperwork is signed that there is only one key. Additionally, the vehicle came with one floor mat. I would expect, what I thought was a reputable dealer, would provide two keys and floor mats. When I asked about them, the response was that’s how it was brought to dealership. Now I have to spend about $300 more for a second key and mats. More

I brought my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and induction service. I had an appointment and at check-in was told that it would take approximately 3 hours. It was six hours later when my car was and induction service. I had an appointment and at check-in was told that it would take approximately 3 hours. It was six hours later when my car was finished. It had not been washed but I was happy to get on my way. Immediately after pulling out onto 60 the rear end began violently shaking. I immediately returned to the dealership, told them what was happening, and they took it back into the service bay. Approximately 20 minutes later they pulled it back around and when I asked what happened they explained that one of the wheels had not been correctly mounted, leading to the imbalance. I'm going to take my vehicle (and the other Honda in our house) to a different dealer moving forward and I am going to get my car inspected to see if any damage was done. Correctly putting wheels back on vehicles feels like a basic part of the job. More
Horrible service. Gave me a run around. I dropped my car for service with a schedule appointment ( replacing cabin fan blower) which should have been completed in 2 hr Gave me a run around. Even after 8 hrs they did not inform me of delay, held my car overnight leaving me stranded without my car and access to my apartment as my digital key for my apartment complex gate, was in my car and still did not complete the job. There Bottom line was not good enough to repair my car. Horrible Horrible Horrible. More

I have to say, I always have a big fear of bigtime dealerships and their service departments wanting to rip you off. However, those fears went away when Tristin Fish introduced himself to me. Tristin dealerships and their service departments wanting to rip you off. However, those fears went away when Tristin Fish introduced himself to me. Tristin may be new to the dealer, but his actions and professionalism would say otherwise. Whenever I go in for service, he will be my advisor. Great service advisor but even greater human being!
