Not good our salesman was good but five hours is too long to buy a car. Yoseph was terrible really don’t like being lied to this happened twice. Once on first car on trade in amount on our car. Second time our crv was totaled after 8 days got a call from Mo our salesman saying that the dealership would give us an additional $2500 dollars our best deal which was great. Ivan our financial representative was working out the deal.Yoseph asked Ivan to step out when they returned they said we couldn’t have the $2500. So we were leaving and my cell phone rang it was Westshore Honda. Saying they would beat your best offer the boys left the room. Returned with GM what was the problem I told him he said that we get the $2500 off the car. I think that is a terrible way to do business and lied to me twice.So your dealership has dropped quite bit in my option and it very hard to shop at your dealership. More

I bought my car back in 2019 and have had my service there for 90% of my services and I rarely have issues. I made an initial appointment and my inital advisor was out on emergency and luckily Tristan w there for 90% of my services and I rarely have issues.
