I was not offered another detail. I'm not sure I understand the definition of detailing. Rhiad told me they dried it out. It had not been vacuumed (small amount of dirt on drivers floor was still there) or had any of the interior wiped down. Fingerprints and such were still there. If someone had used a cleaning machine on it, the floor would not have still had dirt particles. So please explain what encompasses a detail?

We can put the ozone machine one it.. typically used to remove moldy / smoking smells. It should assist with the odors. I can't make any promises but I do want to try and help. Neil

I don't think that's really going to accomplish anything more after all this time. This has been a really upsetting experience all the way around and no one being able to ensure we won't have it happen again in the future is very disturbing. Having been told by your own employee that Honda (Headquarters) ignores input from the dealerships was also very unsettling. After everything we went through we were offered a free oil change.... :[
