I worked with Eric and he was very patient to my needs and was not pushy as the rumors you hear about car salesman. He answered all my questions and even educated me more on the vehicle selections I had. Eric even made a recommendation of the very same model on the lot with just a little bit higher mileage, but cheaper. After going through most of the paperwork I was then walked over to finance to meet with Jonathan Martinez. Once again very upfront and transparent. I was expecting some add-on pitches in the finance office that wouldn't make sense and be outrageous but everything I was offered was broken down in total cost of the loan and laid out for me to ask any questions. Jonathan finalized my purchase after some questions and I was on my way with a new car. Used 2018 Honda Accord. I can also say these Brandon Honda keeps everything in house. They offered to get me a better rate for car insurance as well as offer accessory add-ons to my vehicle. A true one stop shop for a car buying experience. Excellent I've gone to this dealer and not been very happy leaving due to my experience with a certain salesman. However my most recent visit I had a differe I've gone to this dealer and not been very happy leaving due to my experience with a certain salesman. However my most recent visit I had a different salesman who I was quite pleased to work with. He did a great job of giving me all the information I was looking for and needed to make a better decision for myself and my current financial situation. I did not honestly plan to get a newer car on that particular day and Chris was understanding yet still attentive and helpful after I made this point a few times. In spite of that I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to leave with a car better than the one I was currently driving at the time and with only a slight raise in monthly payments that was still manageable. I was also able to trade in my older car for an agreeable amount. The car I purchased that day was used and had a few minor issues that Chris made a strong effort to not just take note of but also to take care of, for which I was very surprised and grateful. I would definitely recommend Brandon Honda and Chirs. More
