I asked my service representative, Carina Burr, for a courtesy ride to the mall while I waited, which she provided, including the return trip back to the dealership. I was quite pleased with the installations. Additionally, Simon Roese, at my request, had saved my license plate bracket off my trade-in, and had installed that, as well. More
