When buying a car you always hear about pushing salesmen just trying to make money. In fact I walked into Brandon Honda with my guard up not wanting to be followed around and hovered over. I actually went online and filled out a contact form which in turned assigned me to an associate by the name of Marcos Enrique, who I later found out was a Relationship Manager. When I met with Marcos he had a unique way of breaking that barrier and was very friendly. We were able to relate to each other because we both grew up in the same hometown, which was a nice conversation piece. He wanted to hear my needs and wants in a car and only selected vehicles that fit that description. Marcos was able to find me the vehicle that fit my needs and wants even after I told him I wanted to shop around, which I did. I went across the street to Toyota and that was cut short because they just wanted money and didn’t take their time with me. Brandon Honda has definitely made me life long customer. I’m in love with my new car and I couldn’t ask for more. If you want great service and want to be treated like a real person then head over and see Marcos. Oh and how can I forget Bo, from finance. Great guy, and ready to help you out with all your financial needs. I also interacted with Carina, Service Manager, when getting ti it’s on my new car. She’s great and ready to schedule for any service needs. This unique team that Honda has brought together, work great together, their like a family that just wants you to be a part of their story. 1 hour or it's free oil change My oil change appt. went over by 17 min. When I mentioned it to the advisor she said it was only a couple of minutes. No, it was 17 minutes.
