Great experience with one of your sales and leasing person I had my 2017 Honda CRV in for service once again and when I was walking out to wait for the car Christopher Irvin was seated at his desk and asked ho I had my 2017 Honda CRV in for service once again and when I was walking out to wait for the car Christopher Irvin was seated at his desk and asked how I was doing and I said I was unhappy with my car as I had a lot of problems with it. He said to sit down and let's talk. He asked me if I needed as big of a car as the CRV and I said I like the taller cars and he said how about HRV which is a bit smaller and would keep me still higher up. I said I could not afford to buy another car as I had no payments and could not afford to make payments on the money I have. We talked more and asked about leasing one for three years because I also put such little mileage on my car. So in the end I left with a new HRV and he is going to come to my home next week go over all the features that we didn't have time to do yesterday when I was there. He seemed to have my concerns and I was very happy with his service. More
