When I had a flat later the first day, they replace the tire with a new one for free even though it wasn't covered. My service manager Michael Manna was extremely professional and helpful--really took care of the items I wanted done to the van quickly and kept me well informed. . . I didn't have to call for updates. I had a pre-approved loan but didn't use it because Bo in their finance got me a better rate in just a few minutes. More
