The cafe even made us want come just to eat. We got the chicken taco salad and its was huge for the price, and it tasted amazing. I was driving a 2006 Ridgeline I bought from B My wife and I had a great experience with Kat, who helped us purchase a new Passport this past Sunday. I was driving a 2006 Ridgeline I bought from Brandon Honda almost 13 years ago and was unsure what I wanted. We actually had an appointment at another manufacturer's dealership but the experience was poor, so we left and decided to stop and drive the new Ridgeline. Kat greeted us right away, was friendly, personable and took her time with us. Not knowing exactly what we were looking for I know can be frustrating for the sales person, but Kat did a great job asking the right questions and offered the Passport as an option to consider along with the Ridgeline. We drove the new Ridgeline, (which I didn't like as much as the one I already owned) and then Kat found a Passport that had exactly what we were looking for (and didn't know it). She was patient as we worked to find the right deal for us and the dealership and stayed late on Sunday to deliver our new purchase. We enjoyed the experience and the conversation Kat. The general manger, Tim, was helpful in showing all that is available and arriving at a reasonable price. Meet with the finance manager who found additional money for us and provided excellent insight in extended warranties. Service Issues After my Honda failed to start, I had it towed in. I dealt with Mr. Lancaster in the service department. He kept in close contact with me to update th After my Honda failed to start, I had it towed in. I dealt with Mr. Lancaster in the service department. He kept in close contact with me to update the progress of the vehicle and the problems. I returned the next day retrieved the vehicle and then has the same issue happen again. I called Mr. Lancaster on his personal cell phone with the issue after hours and he set a loaner vehicle for me and had the car reassessed for the issue. Car was finished the next day and up and running. The service advisor Lancaster could not have been more professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I have been to this location multiple times for the same problems however this is the first time that the experience was pleasant. I appreciate the attention and time he took to explain and get it handled while I stressed. More
