I base this opinion primarily on the performance and attitude of the advisor assigned, Ms Alica Gant. She was helpful and communicative regarding the needs and recommendations for my Fit. As I had no contact with the technicians performing the work, I can offer no opinion on them, but I expect time to bear witness to their expertise and efforts. There is one issue that none of the people I contacted could assist with. It appears that the 2015 Fit has a serious design flaw in that if the battery dies , after the car is locked, there is no way to access the rear storage area but to climb over the front seats into the rear passenger compartment and after obtaining the desired item (a power pack to jump-start with) climb back. Not an easy task for a 75 year old. Perhaps that should be addressed if it still exists in later models. More
