Ryan came to the car to verify our needs and quickly grasped my explanation of a seat belt issue as well as the timing of our service needs. He understood our need to wait for the car. After a reasonable wait for the A1 service plus a tech correctly fixing the seat belt issue, Ryan checked us out with the paperwork, pointed out where our car was parked. We were on our way after a successful and pleasant appointment. By the way, this is our third Honda purchased at and serviced by this dealership. More
