I have gathered info about it 3 months ago from 4 different dealers and Chris was the only one to keep following up with me even when I was non responsive for a few months. His determination and perseverance are the only reason for why I chose Brandon Honda. He never gave up on me or the sale even though I gave him many reasons to do so. He overcame every objection I threw at him and was not afraid to ask for assistance from Mohammed who was also absolutely terrific. This was my best experience overall at a dealership and I had purchased 7 cars from different dealers throughout the years. My finance guy was also amazing, he is new, his name was josue. I don’t know where an auto dealership finds such an educated, well mannered and absolute professionals but I do know that they should be acknowledged and recognized. Also be aware that, at least on our car, there was an added $1,200 “value package” that couldn’t be removed. overall was a good experience and I would recommend anyone to go check them out, just be aware of these things! Great service like always!! The work on my 2017 Ridgeline was suppose to be none in 2 and half hours but it was was finished in an 1 hour sooner .
