He was very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. My only concern was the fact that it took and hour and a half to get my car serviced. Granted they were very busy serving numerous customers. Love my car, that’s about it. We had the best sales guy, Matthew. He is new to car sales and I feel sorry that he started his career at this dealership. We were sold a “new” 2019 Honda Pilot with 1,100 miles on it and they fought us on coming down on the price for that. When I got home i discovered my Bluetooth had been paired with 2 other devices -probably by the people that drove it for 1100 miles. Bottom line: if you’re going to buy from this dealership, don’t have high expectations. More

Unlike most waiting areas, Brandon Honda’s atmosphere is amenable to working or relaxing by the TV. The service is always top notch and the crew and management truly care about your vehicle and more importantly, your safety on the road. That said, they are also honest about what “may need service soon” but not immediately, not pressuring you into unnecessary services.
