Much better I’ve been to this dealer several times, I’ve had horrible experience with Service and stuff and I went online to do the Vehicle Appraisal and then Ton I’ve been to this dealer several times, I’ve had horrible experience with Service and stuff and I went online to do the Vehicle Appraisal and then Tony B contacted me and set up an appointment for me an I came in had my vehicle appraised and then looked at different vehicles I ended up going with a 2017 Ford Fusion SE with 30k miles and I couldn’t be happier. The team I worked with was truly amazing and we negated terms and was very accommodating. Tony, Steven, & Jonathan were great and now I have a new service advisor to deal with directly (Mike) instead of getting the run around when I need to speak to someone about my car. The lifetime warranty is also a major plus for me. This visit definitely rebuilt the trust that was lost in the beginning with them from me owning my 2005 Honda Accord. More
