They don't take the time to do the research on what's done on your vehicle before they just racking up more services. Try emailing them? No replies. Try calling? No replies. Try communication in anyway? No replies. Sadly just ignored, and put to the side. They are only interested in the money. They will not advocate for you against the manufacturer even if your vehicle is or should be covered under warranty, so that they can get you to pay out of pocket (which is open season) instead of manufacturer or extended warranty covering cost (which would be a flat rate for them.)
