I called AAA and soon the roadside assistance I was visiting Pinehurst, NC for the week and went to use my 2017 CRV late at night. It wouldn't start! I called AAA and soon the roadside assistance tested and replaced my battery. I paid for the battery and when I returned to the Tampa area I went to the dealer and asked them about a warranty for the battery and to see if I could get reimburse for the cost of the battery. In a couple of days the dealer called back and said I would be getting reimbursement for the battery. That was service above and beyond ! More
