Poor Service and follow up on issues with new Pilot We bought a 2018 Honda Pilot in August. We have had Hondas and Pilots previously so we are very familiar with the seat warmers.Our cars were always pu We bought a 2018 Honda Pilot in August. We have had Hondas and Pilots previously so we are very familiar with the seat warmers.Our cars were always purchased at Regal in Lakeland. Your service department said my seat warmers were working fine. They are not. They said they would have a representative call us. That never happened. My husband has contacted the service department again concerning this problem and the person has not contacted us again. We have always dealt with Regal in Lakeland and we are sorry we did not this time. My husband recently purchased another Pilot 2019 from Regal and the seat warmers are fine. Wish we had bought this car from them. More

Amazing associates! I came to Brandon honda looking for a minivan for the family. Sebastian bertrand took me around the lot and showed me all types.
