Car Salesman, Sebastian Bertrand was kind and willing to understand my current situation and did very well at helping me purchase my new car and coming to a reasonable agreement. Sebastian even introduced me to Manager, Tim Jamil to see what can be done to help me in my current situation. Tim was also very kind, easy to talk with and made me feel right at home during my visit. Sebastian was committed to one customer at a time even after meeting with Finance, Paul Shuvra and was with me for the whole experience until I drove off the lot with my new car. Paul Shuvra welcomed me into his office and made a very stressful situation, enjoyable. The atmosphere in Paul’s office was overall, friendly. Paul is a very likeable person and I could not have been happier meeting with him. Paul also listened and did his very best to help me. Once I met with Jessica she explained that she was just promoted, well deserved I must a I was referred to Jessica at Brandon Honda by my hairdresser. Once I met with Jessica she explained that she was just promoted, well deserved I must add, and introduced me to my salesman Bill Kirk. Bill not only “listened” to me, my interests in the security features I wanted in my new car, but also my budget. He didn’t try to push me into a car, nor did he even show me a car that would be out of my price range, while all along Jessica checking in with me. Don Negri is a straightforward no-nonsense team member. I appreciated Don that he never used high pressure sales tactics and kept an all business approach to try and make a deal. My only complaint with the dealer is that I feel the car I purchased could have had some minor items done to the car prior to placing it for sale to present a nicer looking and prepped car when I first test drove it and eventually purchased. I do give the dealer credit though for having some affordable cars to choose from under 10k. More
