I took my car to Brandon Honda for a service, and I am very disappointed with what happened. Before my visit, all four of my tires were brand new. After the service, I noticed that one of my tires suddenl very disappointed with what happened. Before my visit, all four of my tires were brand new. After the service, I noticed that one of my tires suddenly had a large sidewall bubble and a cut, something that was not there before. I strongly believe the tire was switched with an old, damaged one during the service. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about honesty and professionalism at this dealership. Customers trust a dealer with their vehicles, and situations like this destroy that trust. I want to warn others to carefully check their cars before and after leaving them here. I would not recommend Brandon Honda based on my experience. More
