He got us checked in in a timely manner and then arranged transportation to and from the mall while they serviced our vehicle. I expressed interest in perhaps buying another extended warranty since ours is about done at 60,000 miles . He referred me to Jose Alvarez who expertly explained our different available options and we bought the one that suited us best . Totally pleased with our experience at Brandon HONDA .. I find it amazing that one $20 belt would be $337. 88 to have installed. Also for just one side, to replace a rubber control arm Bushing $479.26. I won't get into some of the other cost I was quoted on work I may or may not need like transmission fluid change, only done 3000 miles ago, brake fluid flush only done 3000 miles ago. The only thing that would get me to return for service would be Grace C. who has an absolutely great personality. It's to bad that this Honda dealerships pricing policies are such that they would put Grace and probably every other service rep in a position of feeling awkward when providing service quotes at the ridiculous amounts of $$$$ you are asking for. I'm surprised anybody gets service done at this dealership that's not covered under a warranty. There is so much money to be made from all the lost sales due to over pricing. It's dealerships like this that give dealerships a bad name. Management should hang their heads in shame. More
