Brandon Honda - Service Center

We moved from New Jersey to Brandon, Florida in fall 2019 right before COVID strike and total lock-down. Dealing with Honda in NJ was pleasant as well, we got Honda Civic leased there about a year prior to m right before COVID strike and total lock-down. We leased Honda HRV, a second car for my wife, from Brandon Honda and started to service both our Hondas at that Brandon Honda. It works like a clock all the time! You come for service, they meet and greet you. Then they take car and let you know how long it will take to complete its service. Lounge is spacious and offers free (good quality too!) coffee and freshly baked snacks and sandwiches to buy. If your wait is too long, you are offered a free LYFT ride home or to your work and when the car is done and ready they send LYFT to pick you up and bring back to Honda, again for free. We receive regular emails with offers of discounted services. I used three free oil changes on our HRV and yesterday had another oil and filter change for only $10 using a coupon which I got from Honda in email. People who work there are always polite and knowledgeable. More

Just bought my second car from Brandon Honda. I expressed interest in perhaps buying another extended warranty since ours is about done at 60,000 miles . He referred me to Jose Alvarez who expertly explained our different available options and we bought the one that suited us best . Totally pleased with our experience at Brandon HONDA ..
