We price match any written quotes from other Honda dealerships and will often work with quotes from aftermarket shops. Bottom line, we are always willing to work with our customers when it comes to price regardless if you have a quote from another shop. Hanani Kekuewa, although I traded this vehicle in last week at Brandon Honda, (Youssef Ch-hab) rep, the pricing policy you have in place would be unacceptable to most vehicle owners. In your response you say that Brandon Honda will price match another Honda dealership and sometimes aftermarket shops. I realize you're not responsible for making the prices, but maybe instead of customers coming to Brandon Honda with lower quotes so you can price match should be unacceptable to you as a manager. How about setting the standard that vehicle owners are taking your quotes elsewhere trying to get them matched. Then returning or never even questioning the prices by making your prices unbeatable. Set the standard Hanani and you'll always be busy with work and happy customers that can confidently recommend Brandon Honda.

Thank you again for your response. At Brandon Honda we strive for the highest quality of workmanship as well as the best value of service. We use all OEM parts backed by a Honda nationwide warranty, installed by factory trained technicians, and many times provide customers with loaner vehicles while there car is in for service. We are not perfect and we understand that we may not be the cheapest priced repair facility, but feel that you do get what you pay for. That being said, we are very aware of our competition with both Honda dealerships and aftermarket repair facilities and price our services accordingly. If price is ever a concern for a customer, each service rep has the freedom to negotiate a reasonable outcome. I hope this clarifies our policy when it comes to price.
