I am Absolutely pleased with the service I received on 4/12/2021. It was a very busy day at the dealership but my Service Advisor Augustine was very Professional and worked efficiently to get me in and ou 4/12/2021. These guys are the biggest losers ever I've ever come across! We bought a car from these clowns back in September and were able to drive it for about a month, only for us to have turn the car right back across! We bought a car from these clowns back in September and were able to drive it for about a month, only for us to have turn the car right back around to the dealership. They took no responsibility and gave us the middle finger saying it was not their problem and accused us of being the ones who caused the problem. We had to pay out of pocket to get our car back. We then called Chevrolet and my God it was like night and day with customer service. These crooked little children will be hearing more from us in the future if they do not even attempt to make things right and more. It's a pathetic scam they thought they could pull over over on us and we will make sure it never happens again to anyone else in the future. Salesman Derek Degulis and the very large sales manager sold us the car saying we had to purchase an extra warranty on the car from their dealership. Stated the extra couple grand was to reassure us they would fix any problems with the car as well... Needless to say that fat Mother and his skinny child screwed us royally and that extra couple grand was no incentive to any service they provide! Thank God Chevrolet took it upon themselves to actually look into what was wrong with the car and GM is now involved. You really Fudged up Hyndai and I will make sure every media outlet heres our story on who you kids really are. You might have got a laugh out of this and thought we would go away but we arent and will make sure everyone knows how shady each individual is working for your scheme ! Thanks again! More
