I took my Honda Civic to Brandon Honda to replace a leaking tire and I would say that maybe a couple of mistakes were made. I do not think that the job was done satisfactorily. However, they were very leaking tire and I would say that maybe a couple of mistakes were made. I do not think that the job was done satisfactorily. However, they were very courteous, apologetic and quick to respond and correct the problem. So I really do not have any concerns with taking my car to this dealership again for repairs. They are very customer friendly and really believe in total customer satisfaction. More

My service adviser Faye Barekat was very professional. She knew exactly what kind of services my 2015 Honda Civic might need. I ended up getting an oil change, my tires rotated and balanced and aligned. My front brakes also needed to be fixed as well. She sent me pictures of my brakes when the wheels were off. She was very specific in explaining the importance of getting my brakes done now. The service was wonderful and my car was promised to be done as quickly as possible. Faye's professionalism definitely showed in her job. I would recommend her to everyone. She gave me discounts I was entitled to and provided outstanding customer service. More
Oil Change Nightmare!Mechanic left the drain plug loose Oil Change Nightmare! Mechanic left the drain plug loose and the oil pressure light came on with low oil quantity warning. About 15 miles earlier I h Oil Change Nightmare! Mechanic left the drain plug loose and the oil pressure light came on with low oil quantity warning. About 15 miles earlier I had heard something fall out from under the vehicle. Brandon Honda had the vehicle towed to the shop. The first thing I was told by the Service Advisor was the plug fell out and the threads in the pan were partially stripped. I told the advisor they needed to make sure everything was documented on the work orders done and I wanted the engine checked for any damage to include compression check. I gave them an extra day to complete the checks on the engine. When I came in to pickup my car, the story had all of a sudden changed. Now they say the plug didn’t fall out and it was tight. Also, the plug installed by someone is an aftermarket plug which doesn’t make sense because the only people that have serviced this car is Honda dealership mechanics. The Service Manager actually started to try to convince me that the engine just magically leaked oil out. After some discussion, the manager finally figured out one of his mechanics had worked on the vehicle 1 day earlier then the guy he was talking to. They finally agreed to check out the motor and make sure I would not have problems later. I picked up the vehicle on Friday morning and as soon as I got on the highway, I heard something under the car catch on the ground and sound like it ripped out from underneath. Apparently this maintenance group doesn’t know how to perform proper maintenance and make sure bolts are tightened. They didn’t secure the belly close out pan under the engine. They had to pickup the vehicle again and install a new pan. They did pickup and deliver my car the last time Very poor maintenance More

After everything was signed and done he gave me a time frame and as he said it, it took just that long which was solid also not to mention the car got a quick wash for the exterior as a small bonus thanks again! definitely recommend to anyone coming here for service!
