Thomas is great, but I have only had my Accord a little over a month, and I am onmy second major problem with the car. Without the dispaly, about 80% of what I use, I can't. By backup camera can't be used. I can only turn up and down the volume of the radio with the buttons on the steering wheel. This was my eighth vehicle bought from Brandon Honda, and my first Accord sedan. More

We left our scheduled appointment because of the long delay of 2 hours to even start the work. Where is the proper communication? We were told that it would take 2 hours to complete the repair when the delay of 2 hours to even start the work. Where is the proper communication? When we got there at 10:30 the wait time was already 2 hours before they would even look at the car. Are you overbooking or is the person scheduling the appointments not aware of your backlog problems? More
