this is one busy place but they seemed to attend to everyone and customer service is very motivated to make sure everyone is taken care of. I was more than satisfied with the service I received from Wayne for the service on my CR-V. I was in the final stage of purchasing a car, but I needed to pay and pick up my car from Service before that department closed. No matter how much I tried to explain my situation, she argued that Service closed in 5 minutes, and she couldn’t help me. At that point, she literally turned her back to me and started dealing with a stack of paperwork. I have been a customer of Brandon Honda for almost two decades, and she is the first person who wasn’t overly helpful and outstanding. More
