Not satisfied with the service I received. I have had the car for 2 months, brought it in for its first oil change and my back tail light was out, after waiting over 3 hours I was told it wou I have had the car for 2 months, brought it in for its first oil change and my back tail light was out, after waiting over 3 hours I was told it would cost 125$ to replace the light bulb! On my inspection sheet it shows everything was done, like windshield washing fluid, the wheels… etc.. nothing was done and I never got my video inspection of the vehicle like they emailed me and told me I would get at the beginning of the service. The fact they wouldn’t replace my tail light unless I paid 125$ was ridiculous. Especially since I was pulled over for it being out and I’ve only had the vehicle for 2 months. I had to go purchase a bulb and replace it myself! Not pleased at all with my visit. More
