Customer Service Oriented I haven't had any major services or purchases but they're good for basic everyday services. Staff are consistently friendly and atmosphere is customer service oriented. Not high pressure. It's actually a rather pleasant place to hang out while you're getting your oil changed. My only negative is when I brought my car in once with a nail in the tread of one of my tires they told me it couldn't be plugged and I needed to purchase a new tire. I get that they probably have some product warranty rules in place or whatever (they showed me how it had to be in middle few inches of the tread for them to be able to plug it and my nail was in the tread but not in the "middle" of the tread)... but I drove to another tire repair place and got it plugged for $8 and it's been fine for over a year now. Just be an educated consumer and you'll be fine. More

He answered all my questions and was a great help. Only thing was expensive tire. More

He worked with me to understand what maintenance is due, what needs to be done in the future and provided me with an estimate of the cost right off the bat. He guided me through the process and explained to me the next steps and provided an estimate of the wait times. This is my third Honda dealer. I even purchased a vehicle with them and I will continue taking my business to Brandon Honda. I highly recommend it. More
Ryan Broome, Assistant Service Manager, met us when we arrived for our maintenance appointment. He was friendly, polite, and very efficient. He made sure we were comfortable in the waiting area, told us arrived for our maintenance appointment. He was friendly, polite, and very efficient. He made sure we were comfortable in the waiting area, told us the approximate time to complete our work and the reasons why. Ryan assured us he would come to us as soon as our car was ready, which he did. He went over the paperwork with us making certain we understood everything. He then walked us to our car which was parked nearby in a shaded covered area with the engine and air conditioner running so the car would be comfortable for us. After seeing that we were seated properly, Ryan made sure we knew that if we had any questions, to call and contact him immediately. Ryan Broome is a perfect example of the type of employee a Honda Dealership hopes represents them to the public. More
