Ryan Broome, Assistant Service Manager, met us when we arrived for our maintenance appointment. He was friendly, polite, and very efficient. He made sure we were comfortable in the waiting area, told us arrived for our maintenance appointment. He was friendly, polite, and very efficient. He made sure we were comfortable in the waiting area, told us the approximate time to complete our work and the reasons why. Ryan assured us he would come to us as soon as our car was ready, which he did. He went over the paperwork with us making certain we understood everything. He then walked us to our car which was parked nearby in a shaded covered area with the engine and air conditioner running so the car would be comfortable for us. After seeing that we were seated properly, Ryan made sure we knew that if we had any questions, to call and contact him immediately.
