We have had good experiences at Brandon Honda Most recently , we dealt with Veron in the service area. We had to have some work done. Service review I had a very positive experience at your dealership this time. Ryan Foster was my point person and he was very helpful. Everything was done to my satisfaction and N a timely fashion. I would like to add a while back I came up there with a problem with my entertainment system. They took a look at it and said there was something broke and it will cost $1200 to fix it. I declined to have that done. Only to find out later that there was nothing wrong with the entertainment system it just needed a code input, which I did input and it’s been running perfectly ever since. Very disappointed that they invented something wrong and we’re willing to charge $1200 to have it replaced for no good reason. More

Service We were very pleased with our service person. He was very supportive and informative. He did offer to contact the sales manager when we expressed conc We were very pleased with our service person. He was very supportive and informative. He did offer to contact the sales manager when we expressed concern over the price of some services. We did decline his offer. We were concerned however because none of the personnel wore personal protective equipment, I.e. masks or gloves. Is this not required when dealing with the general public? The staff who approached our car outside came right up to the car window without a mask. We wore masks but that only protects them, not us. We did note the six foot spacers on the floor and the plastic shields at the desk. This was appreciated but, in our view, not adequate. More
