Service We were very pleased with our service person. He was very supportive and informative. He did offer to contact the sales manager when we expressed concern over the price of some services. We did decline his offer. We were concerned however because none of the personnel wore personal protective equipment, I.e. masks or gloves. Is this not required when dealing with the general public? The staff who approached our car outside came right up to the car window without a mask. We wore masks but that only protects them, not us. We did note the six foot spacers on the floor and the plastic shields at the desk. This was appreciated but, in our view, not adequate. More
