I came in to Brandon Honda to receive an oil change and was assisted by Ryan Broome. He informed me that they were currently offering 25% off service for Black Friday. Never did I feel pressured at all and at the end I was able to make my own decision. He also gave me the out-the-door price up front so there was never any surprise fee when it came time to pay. Part of my services received was new tires, and when I got home I noticed green residue on them and the car wasn’t washed. After contacting Ryan the next day, he offered free detailing. I was 100% satisfied with the way I was treated and my over all experience. This is by far the best dealer service I’ve ever had, and the only one I trust with both my and my husband’s vehicles.
