Awesome customer service! I came in for an oil change and was kindly greeted by the staff and Ryan Broome. Eventhough, I was the one that was late for my appointment, Ryan assu I came in for an oil change and was kindly greeted by the staff and Ryan Broome. Eventhough, I was the one that was late for my appointment, Ryan assured me that they will have my oil change done in a timely manner. When I was informed that my car was finished, I was actually stunned! I felt like I barely even waited. Ryan Broome pointed out further services that I need to have performed on my car. He gave me a printout with the quoted prices which is very helpful! Awesome service manager and staff! My sister and father go to Brandon Honda for their oil changes too. I told them that when they go to make their next service appointment to ask for Ryan Broome! More

Responsive Service Manager Mike Hudak initiated my service request as I waited. His understanding of the warranty and process made my interaction seamless and efficient. After Mike Hudak initiated my service request as I waited. His understanding of the warranty and process made my interaction seamless and efficient. Afterwards, Mike clearly explained what was needed the next time I returned for service. I was impressed with his candor and honesty. The only concern I had was that the service mechanic did not recalibrate the tires after having them rotated. Obviously, the mechanic did not initiate the calibration and when I spoke to Mike, he assured me that corrective action would be taken. I can only assume the mechanic did not know how to recalibrate or, worst scenario, neglected to complete the work correctly. Regardless, I am confident that the mechanic will not make this mistake in the future. More
