Responsive Service Manager Mike Hudak initiated my service request as I waited. His understanding of the warranty and process made my interaction seamless and efficient. After Mike Hudak initiated my service request as I waited. His understanding of the warranty and process made my interaction seamless and efficient. Afterwards, Mike clearly explained what was needed the next time I returned for service. I was impressed with his candor and honesty. The only concern I had was that the service mechanic did not recalibrate the tires after having them rotated. Obviously, the mechanic did not initiate the calibration and when I spoke to Mike, he assured me that corrective action would be taken. I can only assume the mechanic did not know how to recalibrate or, worst scenario, neglected to complete the work correctly. Regardless, I am confident that the mechanic will not make this mistake in the future. More
Long wait The reason I gave 2 stars and not 5 is because of the long wait before I could check in. This was my first time here.. i made my appointment for 3pm.. I waited in my car In line for at least a half an hour before someone came out to take my keys for service. Both me and my boyfriend were extremely annoyed and upset. It’s almost like why make an appointment if your not going to honor that time! The service rep explained to us that if a priority customer comes they go before us. That’s something they should tell you when you make your appointment! If I had known I would of made arrangements and showed up a half hour early or just showed up and not made an appointment at all! Our service rep Augie was very professional and nice though even after us being very upset we knew it wasn’t his fault.. if it wasn’t for his professionalism we would of just went elsewhere. Honda you need to communicate that service “rule” to your customers before they come in or your going to have a lot more upset/annoyed customers just sitting there wondering why no one is coming to help them!!!!! Also when I got home I noticed my rear license plate frame was bent! now it’s not the toughest frame but there should be no reason why it’s bent! We did a full walk around inspection of the car before it went in and it was just fine..so now I’m stuck driving around with a messed up frame.. even if it was an accident with something that happened in the shop tell your customer!! They will gain more respect for you being honest. Someone knows they messed my frame up and didn’t say a word!! don’t know if I’ll be going back.. I was so frustrated by the time I got home I had no energy to even call and complain. More

Never Again I just recently moved to the area and perhaps I've been a bit spoiled by my hometown Honda dealer expecting the same awesome service at this dealershi I just recently moved to the area and perhaps I've been a bit spoiled by my hometown Honda dealer expecting the same awesome service at this dealership. When I arrived for my scheduled oil change there was really no clear communication onthat I was waiting for it. Once they figured out that I've been sitting in the car for almost 30 minutes someone finally came around took me inside got all my information and I waited for my oil change to be done. I already had a bad taste in my mouth from the fact that there was no clear communication when I first arrived as far as do I get out of the car do you wait in the car somewhere will come around to get you, all of those things. I'm okay with waiting really that's not even what the complaint is about the complaint is about the lack of communication and professionalism. Once my oil change was done and I got back in my car I did notice that one of the service lights was still on that they usually turn off after you've had an oil change, I should have just went back in and had them fix it but the wait was so long at that point I didn't even want to deal with it. I did call and say hey isn't the light supposed to go off and their answer was yeah they must have forgot. You can bring it back and we'll fix it. I do appreciate them stating that they will fix it but I'm not interested in ever stepping foot back in that dealership again. And when it's time for me to trade in my 2003 Honda with over 400,000 miles on it I definitely will not be back at that one. More
