Prior experiences entailed aggressive service reps recommending thousands of dollars of work that needed to be done. They did not know I had all that work done, just not at the dealer. Prior visits also claimed that I needed work done but when I took all the papers to MY mechanic, ooooos, not needed at all. Stopped in to look at a new Honda in December and the parts van almost killed me in the crosswalk. Three salesmen watched it and said it wasnt their van so I read the words on the side that said Brandon Honda Parts. Oh. Salesman was young and new and couldn’t answer ?’s on their own product. More

Service - part was back ordered Initially, there was some confusion as to whether the part was in stock now. Make this your go-to location! I definitely recommend this location. Everyone that works there are respectful and accommodating, especially the awesome guy that was assigned to me : I definitely recommend this location. Everyone that works there are respectful and accommodating, especially the awesome guy that was assigned to me : Danny Bent. When making an appointment, request this guy. I never expect to just walk in and out when I have a car appointment. They started running a little behind and he would come see me to keep me updated. He even felt bad and told the bistro that anything I want is on his tab for the inconvenience. I also appreciate that they do not try to scam you or get you to buy unnecessary things and services. I went in for my regular car check up and only paid for windshield wipers because I requested them. Absolutely check them out and don't forget to ask for Danny aka "The Viking". More
