I was in for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper inserts and brake fluid change. I mentioned that I was hearing a short noise maybe from the rear suspension during initial acceleration. They diagnosed the problem requiring retorque of some suspension bolts. That fixed the problem with no additional charge. More

Great Service - Very prepared and respectful of my time I went to have a service package installed on my car _ tinting, body molding, splash guards, etc. The process was suppose to take 3 hours, but becaus I went to have a service package installed on my car _ tinting, body molding, splash guards, etc. The process was suppose to take 3 hours, but because the dealer had been well prepared, the process only took a little over an hour. I appreciated that they respected my time and worked diligently to get the job done very fast. I especially thank Carina Burr for expediting my service and keeping me informed during the process. Major Service Concerns Addressed Ryan, the service advisor, listened to my concerns regarding the transmission, instead of disregarding my concerns, as I had been previously treated ( Ryan, the service advisor, listened to my concerns regarding the transmission, instead of disregarding my concerns, as I had been previously treated (including original purchase date of 8/2018). Ryan looked in the history of the Honda Pilot 2014, and found the transmission had never been serviced; although, Brandon Honda was listed (per Ryan) as the sole service provider. Therefore, they agreed to flush the system "free of charge". I was promised a spare key which they have finally agreed to follow through on their promise (after 7 months). I am still waiting to receive the key in my hands. I believe Ryan is not going to "drop the ball". Finally, my door lock problem and air conditioning unit was also a major concern upon the initial date of purchase. The door locks have once again been clicking throughout the duration of my drive for two days prior to the scheduled appointment. Ryan seemed to think of this as routine maintenance. I totally disagree... He stated that because it is used, this is routine and should be expected. He then gave me an estimate of approximately $386, which he reminded me that after my $250 deductible, they could help me. I didn't feel good about this. Although, the car was not purchased new, I had a great experience with the purchase, several years ago in Ohio, of a Honda Accord. It was 3 years old, and was delivered in great condition. The only regret I had was purchasing the dealer warranty... This was because I never had to use it. I had the vehicle serviced by the dealership, which included oil changes. I took great care of the vehicle, and in return, it took care of me. I sold the car with no problem, due to the need for a larger vehicle. I remember how proud I was to hand the new owner the maintenance invoices, along with a bittersweet feeling. I knew they were buying a great car (about 10 or 11 years old) for $4000. In conclusion, I desire a similar experience with a dealership that will treat the customer with utmost respect, and value their continued belief in the product purchased. More
