Great service experience Nail was discovered in a tire and saved us from being on road on a trip from FL to NJ. Car was taken in for oil change and they discovered the nail. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes before they were done. I don't normally get oil changes done at dealerships. The time it took was not what I was expecting. Not sure if complementary oil change is worth the time I lose. More
