Completely satisfied I drove in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon and met Jacob Polanco. He welcomed me and was pleasant and courteous. Jacob Polanco was my service advisor who I brought my car in for an oil change that subsequently turned into another visit to have my tires replaced. Jacob Polanco was my service advisor who took the time to review my warranty package to discover I had coverage to replace my tires. This totally shocked me as on a previous visit a service advisor tried to sell me tires, never mentioning anything about my warranty package. Jacob assured me I had the coverage. He totally took care of me, hooked me up with a rental car and received authorization to have all four tires replaced. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and had great customer service skills. I will request him on any future visits to Brandon Honda. More

Low pressure tire gauge reset I recently found a screw in one of the tires of my 2019 Insight. I took it to a local tire company for convenience sake to replace the tire. They repl I recently found a screw in one of the tires of my 2019 Insight. I took it to a local tire company for convenience sake to replace the tire. They replaced the tire with a comparable brand tire than the original, but they could not get the "low tire pressure" gauge to turn off after 2 attempts. So I took it to Brandon Honda without an appointment to get it reset. It took a little under 1.5 hours of waiting, but it was worth waiting for it. No charge, and problem fixed.*Useful info. Brandon financing offers a 5yr road hazard for about $500 based on my inquiry. A new replacement tire with labor could run you $230. Two 'nail/screw in tire incidents' would cover the cost. My service advisor Vince was very helpful and understanding of my situation and tried to get me out asap. More

He checked on me several times while I was there, and made me feel very welcome. I also was very happy with David, who drove me home and back to pick up my car when it was done. Taking care of my concerns I had another led headlamp fail during the warranty period of my vehicle along with a shudder in the transmission when the vehicle had sat for a long I had another led headlamp fail during the warranty period of my vehicle along with a shudder in the transmission when the vehicle had sat for a long time (over 8 hours). Vincent was able to get me into a loaner vehicle which I truly appreciated as my time is extremely limited between work and my handicapped wife. The light was replaced and a software update on the systems was done to eliminate the shudder. More
