3 hours waiting for a simple oil change, service advisor never contacted me and I went to the desk 3 hours later asking what happened, he grab my receipt from a pile of papers and said oh yeah your vehicle never contacted me and I went to the desk 3 hours later asking what happened, he grab my receipt from a pile of papers and said oh yeah your vehicle is ready, I wonder how long he was going to have me waiting If I never went to his desk. The appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I arrived on time and it took almost 45 minutes to be attended to. The car for a simple oil change took 2 hours.
