My experience with the Service Dept at Brandon Honda I took my car a week ago to Brandon Honda Honda for oil change. My advisor was Veron Liburd. During the oil change process something is broken. Veron I took my car a week ago to Brandon Honda Honda for oil change. My advisor was Veron Liburd. During the oil change process something is broken. Veron provided me with a loaner car and stayed after closing time to make I will get home safely. He did not want me to drive my car just in case it will break down while I am driving. He informed me that the car will be fixed at no charge the next day. It really means to me a lot because Veron put my safety a head of profit. That always my experience with Veron all the time. That's why I keep taking my car always and ONLY to Brandon Honda for all service needs big or small because of Veron. I know he will always take of my car and any service required will be done RIGHT all the time period. Thank you Veron for putting my safety a head of profit. You are Simply the BEST. Front light replacement Mike was very helpful un getting the car in and serviced. Where I felt that Brandon Honda fell short it on communication. I was taken off site and told I could call for pickup. I called at 10:55 and called again and called again and called again. I finally had someone pick me up well after 1. When I spoke to the driver he said no one told him I was waiting until 20 minutes ago. Someone seriously dropped the ball. I was standing on the side of a street. I would have called Uber but I didn't want to miss the driver as I was told every time I called "he is on his way" More

Service Appt Our appt was professionally handled by our service rep Kyle. As this was a new Odyssey recently purchased at Brandon Honda, Kyle advised the first two Our appt was professionally handled by our service rep Kyle. As this was a new Odyssey recently purchased at Brandon Honda, Kyle advised the first two oil changes wee no charge.He also advised us that although the, mileage was low(1,775 miles), getting the oil change and tire .rotation would be no problem. He advised us of our wait time. We also met with our salesman, Ray H and he was able to make arrangements to have our second key fob programmed. All in all, a very productive appt handled in minimum time while we comfortably wajted at the dealership. More
