Great Service Center I took my Honda in for a routine oil change and had a problem with a torn floor cover. My service advisor was Joe Cram, who was very helpful, profess I took my Honda in for a routine oil change and had a problem with a torn floor cover. My service advisor was Joe Cram, who was very helpful, professional and friendly. Routine maintenance was done to my satisfaction and Joe explained they could not repair my floor cover and had to order a new one. He even took pictures to show me and explain the issue and why I had to order a new part. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile for me. More

Fast, honest service I took my 2015 Honda Civic in for B1 service. I was greeted immediately in the service line and within minutes my service adviser was talking me throu I took my 2015 Honda Civic in for B1 service. I was greeted immediately in the service line and within minutes my service adviser was talking me through the pricing and the time it would take to complete the work. I expected to be there for about an hour, but was pleasantly surprise that they were able to finish in 30 minutes and had washed my car. I have come to Brandon Honda several times now for service and will not take my Honda anywhere else. More
