Mike and the Viking a dynamic duo I had purchased my vehicle in December and my check engine light cane on, took my car in and met Mike my service consultant. During this period Mike was in constant contact with updates and possible ETA. Completely satisfied I drove in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon and met Jacob Polanco. He welcomed me and was pleasant and courteous. Jacob Polanco- 5 star service advisor I brought my car in for an oil change that subsequently turned into another visit to have my tires replaced. Jacob Polanco was my service advisor who I brought my car in for an oil change that subsequently turned into another visit to have my tires replaced. Jacob Polanco was my service advisor who took the time to review my warranty package to discover I had coverage to replace my tires. This totally shocked me as on a previous visit a service advisor tried to sell me tires, never mentioning anything about my warranty package. Jacob assured me I had the coverage. He totally took care of me, hooked me up with a rental car and received authorization to have all four tires replaced. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and had great customer service skills. I will request him on any future visits to Brandon Honda. More
