Lack of follow through by service department I called their service department 3 days ago about a broken sunroof glass pane. The person I talked to said, I will have someone call you back. Well i I called their service department 3 days ago about a broken sunroof glass pane. The person I talked to said, I will have someone call you back. Well its been 3 days and still no call back. I bought my vehicle from Brandon Honda 4 years ago. Over that period of time the service has either been excellent or been really lacking. I really never know if it is going to be stellar or a complete flop. In other words, very inconsistent. Another example how inconsistent. I was ready to pick-up my vehicle. I paid my bill and told to wait outside for it. Well I waited and waited. After 30 minutes, it still had not arrived. I finally went over to one of the outside service people and asked where my vehicle was. He said in a matter of factly voice, "Well did you service advisor call us." I responded, "I was told that my vehicle was done, to pay the cashier and to wait outside." He then got snippidy with me and said, "Well unless your service advisor calls us and tells us to get your car, it won't get done." I told the guy, "I just want my vehicle. I don't know how your system works day to day." I waited another 10 minutes before getting my vehicle. Usually ones gets a free car wash. That wasn't done that day either. More

Waiting is worth it! No one likes to wait for services however, when the check engine light comes on your willing to wait around to find out what the issue is. Alica Gant No one likes to wait for services however, when the check engine light comes on your willing to wait around to find out what the issue is. Alica Gant was my representative and she worked at normalizing my anxiety. So much so, I didn't mind waiting. The job of replacing a knock sensor and securing the part appeared to be an easy task. What I didn't know is what Alica Gant and the Technicians had to go through to secure the part. Service is a tough task but your staff made it appear simple and summary. I thank my representative for resolving the issue by keeping me informed and expediting the task with dispatch. My compliments to Brandon Honda's Service representative. More
