I have all service done and recently had a few warranty items taken care of; major items like timing belt and engine mounts. Throughout all my service experiences Augustine Cardona had been my service advisor. I frankly would not be interested in having anyone else handle any of my service needs. I’ve owned several vehicle brands over 50 years; 3 Mercedes, 1 Toyota, 2 Oldsmobiles, 5 Jeeps, and 1 Pilot before my current one. I’ve thus had a variety of vehicle service experiences with dealerships. However I’ve never had the pleasure of working with any service advisor as conscientious and service minded as Mr. Cardona. He is the most responsive advisor I’ve ever dealt with. He’s knowledgeable of his products and always upbeat. He follows up, keeps me advised with what’s going on and personally sees to it that the job is done well and to my satisfaction. You need to clone him as he’s the reason I deal with Brandon Honda. In my opinion, he represents the service conscious image your customers want to have with someone handling their vehicle repair needs. I must also add that most everyone else at the dealership that I come in contact with are cheerful and courteous to customers. That’s an incredible aspect of commercial sales culture to develop. Thank you for allowing me to share my comments as I strongly feel excellent service deserves recognition. More
Flat tire I had a flat tire on my way to church and a friend picked m up. I called the towing company they towed my Civic to Brandon Honda in record time. Everyone was efficient and friendly - I did not have to wait long. They also replaced my windshield wipers, which were screeching. Total cost to me: $00.00. I even got a bottle of water. Excellent Service I went into Brandon Honda to get an oil change and tire rotation. This was after I called on the phone and did not have a very good experience trying I went into Brandon Honda to get an oil change and tire rotation. This was after I called on the phone and did not have a very good experience trying to get information before I scheduled the appointment on line. I have just moved to Florida in the last 3 weeks also and LOVED my Honda dealership back in Maine. I could not have been more impressed by this dealership when I showed up. They were very fast at checking you in and the person who helped me was very friendly and helpful. It took about an hour and the vehicle inspection showed me the same stuff that I was hearing from the Maine dealer that would need to be fixed soon. They were NOT high pressure and gave useful advice. I will come back to Brandon Honda again anytime that I need service. they did a GREAT job and took over at being even better than the dealership I left in Maine. GREAT JOB !! More

For me Joshua gets a A for his services. Only complaint I have is, my tires wasn’t rotated because they didn’t know where the key lock was.
