We have had Hondas and Pilots previously so we are very familiar with the seat warmers.Our cars were always purchased at Regal in Lakeland. Your service department said my seat warmers were working fine. They are not. They said they would have a representative call us. That never happened. My husband has contacted the service department again concerning this problem and the person has not contacted us again. We have always dealt with Regal in Lakeland and we are sorry we did not this time. My husband recently purchased another Pilot 2019 from Regal and the seat warmers are fine. Wish we had bought this car from them. More

I worked with Mack who ordered the necessary parts and took care of all the scheduling. We discovered a nail in one of my tires prior to bringing in the car. Mack offered to patch the tire as the nail was in the tread. Since the tread was pretty low I opted to get new tires, but I was happy they offered me the option to patch the tire as many places these days will only replace a tire. Mack made sure to get me all the coupons he could find to help me out. I am very happy with the service Brandon Honda provided and will bring my car back in the future. More
