What happened to the appointment Back in Dec during my last oil change they told my wife that the rear bakes needed to be replaced as soon as possible. So I bought new brake pads and started to install them only to find out that the old pads where all most as good as the new ones. So at this appointment for an oil change they told me that the brakes where in the green and in good shape. I asked the service tech about this and he said "that he knew nothing about it" . This leaves me to believe that your service people are out to rip people off and sell them a service that they do not need. I just don't understand how brake pads can get beeter on their own, unless I have a magical car. the nest item for you is the appointment system. I had a 0730 appointment and arrvived at 0715. There where cars all ready in line so I asled the service tech if I had to wait for all of thiose cars or do I go ahead of them because I had an appointment, his comment was again "that he knew nothing about it". He did tell me that it would be about one hour and thirty minutes for an oil change. How does the appointment system work or not work. If have an appoint for 0730 I shouldbe getting servoce about that time, an oil change only tales 15 to 29 minutes not 1.5 hours.Feel free to contact me if you want to hear more More

MY RADIO UNIT WENT OUT AND HAD TO BE REPLACED EVEN THOUGH THE OUTCOME WAS GOOD I WILL GIVE SOME COMMENTS. WAITING 3 HRS TO BE TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIX THE RADIO SEAMED LONG. I DID NOT GET A CALL T EVEN THOUGH THE OUTCOME WAS GOOD I WILL GIVE SOME COMMENTS. WAITING 3 HRS TO BE TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIX THE RADIO SEAMED LONG. I DID NOT GET A CALL THAT THE NEW RADIO WAS IN. IF I HAD NOT CALLED WHEN WOULD THEY HAVE CALLED ME? THE PROCEDURE FOR SERVICE SEAMS TO TAKE A LONG TIME. MOST PEOPLE HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO BUT WAIT ON SERVICE TO THIER CAR. Made an appointment for an oil change. Never done. We made a 9am appointment to have an oil change done, and to fix a problem with the passengers window that we dropped the van off previously for that We made a 9am appointment to have an oil change done, and to fix a problem with the passengers window that we dropped the van off previously for that was never done, and for touch up paint to be applied to the back of our hood. (Something else that was supposed to be done at a prior appt. that was never completed.) At the 2 hour mark, Bob told my husband the car wouldn't be ready for several more hours, and scheduled a driver to drive him home. 30 minutes later, he said "never mind, the car is will be ready in 20 minutes" and the driver was cancelled. Over 40 minutes later or so, the van was brought up. My husband waited 3 hours with our 2 small toddlers, and was assured by Bob Hovorka as he was leaving that everything was completed. To my husbands surprise, as soon as he pulled onto the interstate to head home, the oil change light was still lit, and the service was NEVER completed. I've now been trying to get a hold of someone in the dealership for close to an hour, as Bob is not answering his phone. I just spoke to Austin, but he said "the system is updating" and that no one was available to speak to me. I can't begin to describe the frustration my husband and I are feeling. I will keep trying to get a hold of someone, but my hopes are not high. More
