Customer Care Report I had two positive encounters with the service department this week! The first was when my 2017 Accord failed to start when leaving a appointment I had two positive encounters with the service department this week! The first was when my 2017 Accord failed to start when leaving a appointment for my wife. I was fairly sure it was a battery problem and called the dealer (Brandon Honda). They advised me that the battery would be covered if it was the problem and gave me the number to call for FREE roadside service from Honda to get a jump start and get my car to them. The roadside assistance was there in less than 20 minutes and got us going to the dealership. Once at the dealership we were meet at the checkin by Neil who seeing my wife was handicapped said he would get us taken care of as soon as possible. Very nice and very kind team members all helped get us taken care of. A new battery was installed and we were on our way in a very reasonable time without any charges for the new battery or the jump start. The next day I returned for a appointment to replace some trim on the passenger side door handle. This had been ordered previously. I want to add that a lot of dealers would have told me that this was not covered and said I must had hit it with something even though it was not the case. Ms Chasse got the part ordered and Mr Davies took great care of me on the day of the installatio. Once again a very quick service trip with arriving at the appointment time and out in about 2 hours. Thank you service team at Brandon Honda. You are part of the reason this is the fifth Honda I have bought at this dealership.. Dan Simmons More

Dealer makes good when there are problems Last time I had service done here, the techs forgot to put my mag lock key back in the car. I hit some road debris and had a flat and could not get th Last time I had service done here, the techs forgot to put my mag lock key back in the car. I hit some road debris and had a flat and could not get the tire off to put on the spare. I had to pay someone to come out and change the tire. When I brought the car in to fix the tire and explained the problems, they were quick to offer a credit for all work done along with some additional service no charge to make up for the inconvienance. Mistakes will happen, but not everyone owns up to their mistakes or works to make it right. These guys do. More
