Terrible experience I went in for a scheduled 40,000 service on my CR-V. Jeff showed me the wear bars on n my tires, so I agreed to replace them. He sat me down, and excl I went in for a scheduled 40,000 service on my CR-V. Jeff showed me the wear bars on n my tires, so I agreed to replace them. He sat me down, and exclaimed over the Bridgestone tires. He then quoted the service at $310. He then talked a special on the tires, with a "buy 3 get one free" when done with an alignment. Total cost for everything-$810. Thought it a bit pricey, but agreed. He estimated 3-4 hours. I had to track him down at hour 3 - told one more hour -"we're very busy today". He was eating wings at his desk. Hour 4.5 - still "we're very busy today" but car keys were on his desk. He sent it to be washed. Still eating wings... so went to get my sister, as car "nearly done". 15 minutes later, my total due was $1015! I asked about the cost - where were my discounts and the new price? Found out the tires and alignment were $800! Very unhappy. Jeff left for "more paperwork" and I waited 15 minutes at his desk. After car was released for $1015, I got my car. My radio antenna was in the cup holder! I had to find someone else to put it back on. More
Special needs fullfiled. I bought a new battery for my 2012 Odyssey back in Jan'18 that died under warranty. I could not afford to leave my handicap wife home alone long enoug I bought a new battery for my 2012 Odyssey back in Jan'18 that died under warranty. I could not afford to leave my handicap wife home alone long enough to physically drive into service and make the exchange, so I called parts ( Paul ) and explained my situation. He spoke to his manager who got in touch with ( Rachel ) in service. She arranged to have a tech ( Peter ) come to my house, run test and installed the replacement battery. The whole Brandon Honda Team especially Rachel Christie took care of my special needs. More

Never again !!!!!’ Disgusting Attitude not my fault the product you sell has a recall ,I called Honda Corp to get a case number they told me that my vin had an extend Disgusting Attitude not my fault the product you sell has a recall ,I called Honda Corp to get a case number they told me that my vin had an extended 3 years additional for the paint that all I have to do is take it to a Honda dealer .So on a visit for an oil change which mind you took almost 2 hours for an oil change that I had a 1 30 appointment , the advisor told me that it was a know problem about the paint , oh and iforgot to mention that when speaking to me he spoke to the valet person as they are a translator I said I speak English first language , second language Spanish and third French “ So when I called on wed no return , Thursday no return Friday I spoke to Mr Cann who was not apologetic for anything , he told me that Honda does not give out car rental “ clearly a lie “ he gives so much push back and he believes I. His own lies that Mr cann can’t even remember the lies that come out of his mouth , then he tells me he would have to get approval . but he clearly stated prior in the conversation that Honda doesn’t cover the rental , caught in a lie !!! Then I spoke to Mr Martinez that was so condescending and actually made me feel unsafe about taking my car back to Brandon Honda he told me to come in and see him several times in a threatening manner !!! Sad that my family has 2 cars from this car dealership !!!! I would stay clear of this place disgusting anyway you put it !!!! More
