Per our conversation I have asked you several times for you mr Lewis to please find out what mr Martinez implied that I have to see him when I step into the location before going to service dept “ In his words see me when you get here before I go to service dept “ mr Martinez repeated this statement several times !! And why would he tell me he is from Long Island ! Like that’s suppose to scare me or intimidate myself . It’s clear that your employees are using intimidation tactics. so again as per conversation I asked what does mr Martinez want , if he is finance dept and my problem is with service Dept! As per our conversation you stated you did your visit to the Brandon Honda and fail to speak to him , you also said you will will not reach out to him . Then you refuse to give me service “saying we no longer due business with you for posting a review about my exsperience “I posted an honest review and that mr Lewis broke no laws . Disclaimer according to Mr Lewis if you post an honest review that is negative on the dealership , they will not service your car !! I have never heard of this in my life . Hey teach a class on how to treat customers with respect , at the end of the day you won’t get a bad review . ttreat people with respect and don’t overlook there concerns. !!!
