Took my Girlfriend vehicle for service, that's when i meet with Jacob Polanco, Excellent service, very efficient, very caring person, complain about o Took my Girlfriend vehicle for service, that's when i meet with Jacob Polanco, Excellent service, very efficient, very caring person, complain about on of the headlight was out, next day when vehicle came in for cleanup, took care of the headlamp and a recall, make sure everything was in line, was in contact with me all the time making sure i didn't need anything else and give me update on my vehicle, told the vehicle was going to be ready at one time, and at that time the vehicle was ready. no delays. When my girl when to pick up the vehicle she told me " Very nice guy dealing with that service writer again very caring person, I was in and out quick, no problem at all, and the vehicle feels great" More

Until I got checked in. No big deal just odd and slightly annoying... Anyways: once I got ‘processed’ my advisor Vernon was great. My AC died and I was worried it will need replacing of some really expensive part. Luckily it was just a relay. Diagnosing, fixing it and changing oil took under 3 hours. Once diagnosed, Vernon called me and got my permission to go ahead and fix it and provided accurate estimate of the price. This dealership is out of the way for me, but I just might come back:) More

Honda CVR Service I had a wonderful experience with Brandon Honda and Augustine Cardona. Scheduling my appointment online is what I like to do. There were many option I had a wonderful experience with Brandon Honda and Augustine Cardona. Scheduling my appointment online is what I like to do. There were many options to fit into my schedule. I came in to have an oil change, tires rotated. and new wiper blades. Augie was quick with the intake process and let me know he would make sure he did nothing more than I requested without asking me first. I was in and out within the hour (great completion time IMO). I love working with Augie. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service work to see him as your advisor. I will be back and seek out Augie for my next Service. Thanks, Brandon Honda. More

I have all service done and recently had a few warranty items tak I purchased my 2015 Pilot from Brandon Honda and have been entirely pleased with it. I have all service done and recently had a few warranty items taken care of; major items like timing belt and engine mounts. Throughout all my service experiences Augustine Cardona had been my service advisor. I frankly would not be interested in having anyone else handle any of my service needs. I’ve owned several vehicle brands over 50 years; 3 Mercedes, 1 Toyota, 2 Oldsmobiles, 5 Jeeps, and 1 Pilot before my current one. I’ve thus had a variety of vehicle service experiences with dealerships. However I’ve never had the pleasure of working with any service advisor as conscientious and service minded as Mr. Cardona. He is the most responsive advisor I’ve ever dealt with. He’s knowledgeable of his products and always upbeat. He follows up, keeps me advised with what’s going on and personally sees to it that the job is done well and to my satisfaction. You need to clone him as he’s the reason I deal with Brandon Honda. In my opinion, he represents the service conscious image your customers want to have with someone handling their vehicle repair needs. I must also add that most everyone else at the dealership that I come in contact with are cheerful and courteous to customers. That’s an incredible aspect of commercial sales culture to develop. Excellent Service I went into Brandon Honda to get an oil change and tire rotation. This was after I called on the phone and did not have a very good experience trying I went into Brandon Honda to get an oil change and tire rotation. This was after I called on the phone and did not have a very good experience trying to get information before I scheduled the appointment on line. I have just moved to Florida in the last 3 weeks also and LOVED my Honda dealership back in Maine. I could not have been more impressed by this dealership when I showed up. They were very fast at checking you in and the person who helped me was very friendly and helpful. It took about an hour and the vehicle inspection showed me the same stuff that I was hearing from the Maine dealer that would need to be fixed soon. They were NOT high pressure and gave useful advice. I will come back to Brandon Honda again anytime that I need service. they did a GREAT job and took over at being even better than the dealership I left in Maine. GREAT JOB !! More
