He explained everything thoroughly, was honest about the time involvement and was genuinely pleasant. The Service Dept. Augustine Cardona has been our Service Rep for a few years now on the 3 recent vehicles we have purchased from Brandon Honda. He has been terrific. Augustine Cardona has been our Service Rep for a few years now on the 3 recent vehicles we have purchased from Brandon Honda. He has been terrific. As a rule, the techs have been good. However, when i brought my 2013 Honda CRV in for new front and rear brakes last week, there was an issue of a "metal on metal" sound that was quite evident. I brought it back two days later to find the job was not completed as it should have been on one of the wheels, and the rotor was damaged. Augustine took care of it immediately with another technician, and the necessary repairs were made. I did not enjoy giving up a Saturday for a job that should have been done correctly by the tech on Thursday. We have purchased six (6) vehicles from Brandon Honda over the past 5 or so years, and have had a good experience as a whole. More

Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman that helped me his name was Brandon was a very nice guy. I had a little issue after my service someone had got what look to be greese on The gentleman that helped me his name was Brandon was a very nice guy. In addition to my service e yesterday, I had questions about the vehicle detailing options and some accessories for my Honda Pilot.
