Had a check engine light on indicating an emissions system p The first service advisor we saw ,Ricardo , did not make sure the issue was resolved and the light came back on after we got home. My Honda Don't think my experience is as much the dealer as it is Honda. Dealer forgot to reset oil reminder, oh that is what I brought the vehicle into the s Don't think my experience is as much the dealer as it is Honda. Dealer forgot to reset oil reminder, oh that is what I brought the vehicle into the shop for, maybe I'm just splitting hairs. NOT..... Check engine light on and told it needed a catalytic converter. Replaced 1 of the 3 catalytic converters at 80,000 miles, now at 130,000 need another? I have owned many makes of cars, BMW 265,000, Ford Expedition 170,000 and many others. I HAVE NEVER REPLACED A CATALYTIC CONVERTER, ever on any other brand. Do I have a bad car? I can tell you I will NEVER own another Honda. More

Amazing deal and the staff quickly gets you checked in, lets you know For over two years I have been using Brandon Honda Sunday Oil service specials. Amazing deal and the staff quickly gets you checked in, lets you know estimate time for completion and service staff does a thorough vehicle inspection on top of the oil service. Usually in/out in less than 1-hr, always a positive experience, quality service at the right price. One recommendation: Place a monitor in the waiting area to notify people sitting when vehicle is ready. Similar to pharmacies to notify customers when meds are ready to be picked up. More

Excellent service in the Service department! I purchased my Honda from a different dealership. I happened into Brandon Honda because I had a flat near that location. That’s where I encountere I purchased my Honda from a different dealership. I happened into Brandon Honda because I had a flat near that location. That’s where I encountered Augustine Cardona. He was so,kind and knowledgeable. He personally walked me and my vehicle through the entire experience. He had me set up with a new tire within 1/2 hour I was on my way... he gave me his business card and I have traveled to Brandon Honda every 6 months for my routine service. Each visit I am met with the same kindness and enthusiasm. Auggie and his cohorts are always helpful and happy. I always met with a smile and never am I left unattended.
